We are looking for a dependable Lawn Fertilizer Spray Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants a stable career path in the green industry.
Responsibilities
- Apply lawn fertilizer, weed control, and liquid treatments according to WeedX programs
- Safely operate ride-on and skid sprayers
- Accurately identify common weeds, turf types, and lawn conditions
- Follow all label instructions, safety protocols, and state regulations
- Communicate professionally with customers at their properties
- Document applications, notes, and service details accurately
- Maintain equipment, trucks, and daily route organization
- Represent WeedX Fertilizing in a professional manner at all times
Qualifications
- Lawn care or fertilizer application experience preferred (training available)
- Must have state pesticide applicator license
- 5+ years of experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
