Job Summary:
The Landscaper will be responsible for performing a variety of landscape maintenance and installation tasks. This role requires someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and perennials as per landscape designs
- Mulching, weeding, and bed maintenance
- Install and maintain hardscape features such as edging and small pathways
- Operate equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
- Knowledge of Snow Plowing
- Assist with seasonal tasks, including spring/fall cleanups, snow removal (if applicable), and leaf cleanup
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license preferred (required for driver positions)
- Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude
- Must live within 12 miles of West Chester
